The Subject Of The Contract Is: Development Of The Recreation Area At Topolowa Street In Chudów, Consisting Of Making A Place For A Firefighter Bonfire Full On The Plan Of A Circle Founded On A Reinforced Foundation Plate, Making A Wooden Structure On A Six -Legged Plan With A Chain Of Pine Wood Benches With A Length Of 1.5M The Width Of The Seat 0.5M And The Height Of The Support Of 0.5M, Made Of 3 Wooden Bellies Under The Existing Wooden Shelter, And The Completion Of Accompanying Works. The Operation Will Be Carried Out On Plots 704/16 And 1262/1, Which Are The Property Of The Gierałtowice Commune. 2. A Detailed Description And Manner Of Performance Of The Order Includes The Attached Design Documentation For The Construction Of The Playground And Recreation Place Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure And The Construction Of Hardening Along Topolowa Street - As Part Of The Task Recreation Zone Of Residents In Chudów, Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works And A Predeependent Of Works, Constituting Annex 10 To Swz And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Contract, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26.06.1974 - The Labor Code Includes The Following Types Of Activities: 1) Due To The Specificity Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of Construction Works. 4. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Were Specified In The Draft Contract (Annex 6 To Swz) And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting (Annex 7 To Swz).
