The Task Referred To In Para. 1 Is Co-Financed From The Funds Of The Polish Fund Polish Ladness And The Toddler + 2022-2029 Program (Active Toddler 2022-2029) .3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works In The Field Of The Construction Of A Nursery Together With Equipment And Land Development. 4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Development Of Project Documentation, Including At Least: A) A Construction Project In The Field Of Investment Area Development And Architectural And Construction Form- 5 Copies Of Paper Documentation + 1 Electronic Version On A Cd/Dvd, Or On Another Data Medium. B) Technical Design For The: Architectural, Construction, Sanitary Installations, Electrical Installations - 5 Copies In Paper For Each Industry + 1 Electronic Version On A Cd/ Dvd Or On A Different Data Carrier; C). The Form Of The Study Must Be In Line With The Pre -City, Which Is An Element Of The Investors Cost Estimate. The Contracting Authority Should Be Handed Over To 2 Copies In Paper + 1 Electronic Version On The Cd/ Dvd, Or On Another Data Carrier; D) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. The Study Should Be Detailed And Contain A Detailed Description Of Individual Basic Works. The Ordering Party Should Be Handed Over To 2 Copies In Paper + 1 Electronic Version On The Cd/ Dvd, Or On Another Data Carrier) Investor Cost Estimates For All Industries. The Studies Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On Determining The Methods And Grounds For Preparing An Investor Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Work And Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Functional Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021 Item 2458, As Amended) And Based On Cpv Codes. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree With The Employer Output Assumptions To Cost.
