3 The Full Scope Of Construction Works Regarding The Martial Arts Hall Expected By The Employer Includes The Execution Of Works Not Covered By These Proceedings (Thermo -Modernization, Renovation Of The Facade, Renovation Of Planned Magazines). The Contracting Authority Will Seek To Obtain External Sources Of Financing And They Will Be Subject To Separate Proceedings. For This Reason, The Documentation Describing The Scope Of The Order Has The Form Of A Functional And Utility Program And Is Divided Into Several Parts. 3. The Scope Of This Procedure Covers The Following Works: 1) Renovation Of The Gym Rooms And Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities, Described In 1 Part Of Pfu-Execution Of Construction And Renovation Works Of Selected Rooms In The Building Of The Combat Sports Hall. And The Outer Rooms Of The Gym And Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities As Described In Pfu - An Addition To Window And Door Joinery. 3) Renovation Works Involving The Change In The Dimensions Of Door Openings In Accordance With The Design Of The Technology Of Making Door Openings. 4. The Scope Of The Task Includes, In Particular, The Works: 1) Demolition And Masonry Works In The Scope Of Partition Walls 2) Replacement Of The Door Joinery, 3) Replacement Of Window Joinery, 4) Changing Geometry (Increase) Of Existing Door Holes, 5) Works In The Field Of Floors And Floors, 6) Performing Thermal Insulation Of Thermal Floor Layers, 7) Wall Repair, Painting Robots, 8) Works In The Field Sanitary Installations, 9) Works In The Field Of Ceramic Wall Coverings, 10) Replacement Of Sanitary Installations And Devices, 11) Replacement Of Lighting Sources And Electrical Equipment. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Scope And Manner Of Performing The Order Was Determined By Means Of A Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz6. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. 7. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should, In Particular: 1) Develop Project Documentation In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And Agree With The Employer (Executive Project); 2) Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Project And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 3) Prepare As-Built Documentation.
