As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Complete Project Documentation For The Construction Of Drainage In The Poviat Road Latage No. 1822W Ul. Independence In Wieliszew - At The Site Of The Creation Of Stagnation, I.E. At The Height Of The Property Marked As Journal Of Laws No. 700/1 Or 0016 Wieliszew, Then Reproducing The Surface. 3. The Scope Of Design Work Includes: 1) Acquiring The Necessary Output Materials: Current Maps For Design Purposes, Excerpts And Extremities From The Land Register And The Local Spatial Development Plan, Necessary Technical Conditions And Arrangements, Decisions, Zud Arrangements, Etc. Opinion Within 4 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Concept Will Be Approved By The Ordering Party Within 14 Days From The Date Of Its Submission By The Contractor. The Concept Should Be Presented To The Boundary Lines Of The Scope Of Development Of The Investment Task In Question, Attaching The Estimated Costs Of Removing Any Collisions; 3) Developing A Construction Project - Executive Regarding The Construction Of Dehydration Of The Local Poviat Road No. 1822W Ul. Independence In Wieliszew, In The Amount Of 5 Copies, While The Following Design Assumptions Should Be Taken Into Account: A) Road Category: Poviat, B) Road Class: Local L, C) Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System, D) Reproduction Of The Road Surface; 4), If Necessary, Developing Construction And Performance Projects In The Field Of Removing Possible Collisions Of The Designed Project, In The Amount Of 5 Copies, Assumptions: Maintaining The Current Functional Properties Of These Devices Or In Accordance With The Obtained Technical Conditions From The Owners Of These Devices; 5) Developing And Providing The Approved Temporary Project Of Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Works, In The Amount Of 4 Copies; 6) Implementation Of An Investor Cost Estimate, In The Amount Of 2 Copies; 7) Performing A Predecessor Of Works, In The Amount Of 2 Copies; 8) Developing Technical Specifications And Acceptance Of Works, In The Amount Of 2 Copies; 9) Obtaining Technical Conditions From The Owners Of Technical Infrastructure Or The Relevant Commune/City Office Regarding The Network; 10) Submission Of Construction Works, Submitting An Application For A Building Permit Or Zrid Application To The Architectural And Construction Authority In The Poviat Starosty In Legionowo On The Basis Of The Authorization Of The Poviat Management Board; 11) Preparation Of Materials And Obtaining A Water Permit On The Basis Authorization Of The Poviat Board. 4.
