1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Sports Hall At The Primary School In Słupno. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) The Implementation Of Project Documentation On The Basis And In Accordance With The Content Of Pfu For The Subject Of The Contract. The Form And Scope Of Project Documentation Must Meet The Provisions Of Pfu And Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As A Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454), And In The Event Of A Change In These Provisions Issued In Their Place. The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer For Approval Of The Project Documentation Before Submitting The Application On Issuing A Building Permit Decision Or The Intention To Perform Construction Works. The Contracting Authority Has The Opportunity To Make Comments On The Project Documentation, These Comments May Apply Primarily To The Non -Compliance Of The Project Documentation With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, As Well As With The Provisions Of Pfu Or This Contract; 2) Obtaining A Final Decision On The Building Permit Or Making An Effective Report To The Intention To Perform Construction Works - In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Act Of 7 July 1994. - Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418); 3) Execution Of Construction Works In The Area Of ​​Lightning Installation On The Basis And In Accordance With The Content Of The Project Documentation For The Subject Of The Contract; 4) Execution Of Construction Works In The Area Of ​​Mechanical And Electrical Ventilation Installation On The Basis And In Accordance With The Content Of The Project Documentation For The Subject Of The Contract; 5) Performing The Buildings Energy Characteristics Certificate; 6) Training Of Designated Persons From The Ventilation System Service; 7) Inspection During The Period Of Quality Guarantee.
