    1) The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Involving The Construction Of A Second Reinforced Concrete Tank Clean Water For Drinking Water Together With Technical Infrastructure At The Water Treatment Plant In Golub Dobrzyń.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz, Which Includes In Particular: A) Construction Design, B) Technical Design, C) Technical Specification And Receipt. Works, D) The Decision Of The Golub-Dobrzyński Staroste No. 138/2025 Of 04.08.2025 3) The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Were Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 10 To This Swz.4), The Following, Constituting Annex 11 To Swz, Are Attached Only To The Purpose Of Preparing Their Own Calculation. The Contractor Should Remember, Regardless Of Any Restrictions Suggested By The Description Of Each Item And/Or An Explanation That The Price Presented In The Offer Is Payment For Work Done And Completed In Every Respect. It Is Believed That The Contractor Has Taken Into Account All Requirements And Obligations, Regardless Of Whether They Have Been Determined Or Suggested In The Preface.
