    3 Działowskiego 1 In Krakow. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 4 To Swz (Functional And Utility Program With Attachments). 2. For Pv Installations, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Minimum Of 10 Years Warranty. At The Inverter, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Minimum Of 10 Years Warranty. On The Heat Pumps, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A 5 -Year Warranty Mininimum. For Construction Works Made, Materials And Devices The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Minimum Of 36 Months Of Warranty. The Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works, Materials And Equipment Indicate In The Offer Form, With It Must Be Given In Months, And The Extension Of The Warranty Period Must Refer To 12 -Month Periods (E.G. 48 Months, 60 Months - No Longer Than 60 Months). 3. In The Event Of The Manufacturers Name In The Attachments - The Products Can Be Replaced By Equivalent. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.
