Jankowicka 1 In Rybnik, Developed In March 2025 By The Polish Association Of Engineers And Construction Technicians, Branch Katowice Training And Expertions Center, Ul. Podgórna 4, 40-026 Katowice Is An Attachment To Swz. Characteristics Of The Object: Building Area - 552.40 M2 Cubature Of The Building - 4,731.34 M3 4 M3. Jankowicka 1 In Rybnik Is A 4 -Storey Building Without Basements. The Building Was Erected In Traditional Technology. Masonry External Walls Made Of Ceramic Brick Full Of Gr. 38 Cm Plastered On Both Sides. Dz-3 Dense Bristled Ceilings. Concrete, Gable Roof, Covered With Thermosal Felt. Steel, Galvanized Gutters And Pipes. Pvc And Wooden Windows. Entrance Door For A Pvc Building, And Steel To The Exchangers. The Building Is Equipped With Installations: Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Electric, Ict And Teletechnical. Year Of Construction: 1968 Plot No. Record No. 2255/28, 2256/28 The Building Is Located In:- Documented Coal Deposit And Methane Coal Deposits Chwałowice 1,- Documented Coal Deposit Rymer,- Documented Local Groundwater Tank Rybnik. Records Of Monuments. Important Scope Of The Study: 1. The Land Use Project Should Include: 1) The Concept:- The Contractor Prepares The Concept Within No More Than 28 Days From The Date Of The Contract,- The Deadline For Approval Or Submitting Comments To The Concept By The Contracting Authority Is Up To 10 Days From The Date Of Submission By The Contractor. 2) Land Development Project. 2. The Project Should Take Into Account, Among Others: 1) The Place Of Collection Of Waste (Covered Cover), 2) Renovation Of The Pavement And The Paving Band Around The Building, 3) An Elevator For A Disabled Person, 4) Greenery Arrangement, 5) If Necessary, A Spacer Of The Colliding Underground And Overhead Weapons. The Architectural And Construction Concept Of The Office Building:- The Contractor Prepares The Concept Within No More Than 28 Days From The Date Of The Contract,- The Deadline For Approval Or Bringing Comments To The Concept By The Contracting Authority Is Up To 10 Days From The Date Of Submission By The Contractor. 2. Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Design.
