1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Construction Of Wigwam In Karśnice. The Subject Of The Construction Intention Is The Construction Of A Wooden Building For Recreation And Sports Purposes In The Town Of Karśnice, The Śmigiel Commune, On The Plot With Registration Number 63/3, In A Place Demolished On The Basis Of A Wooden Building, Which Was Partially Burned. 2. The Contractor Is Additionally Obliged To Obtain Permission To Use The Investment On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented In Part Iii Swz.4. The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Contract Documents, Should Be Made In Accordance With The Standards Indicated In The Project Documentation. The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. 5. Determination Of The Subject Of The Order According To The Joint Dictionary Of Cpv Orders:- 45000000-7- Construction Works,- 45100000-8- Preparation Of The Area For Construction,- 45112000-5- Works In The Field Of Soil Removal,- 45111200-0- Works In The Field Of Preparing The Area For Construction And Cold Works,- 45233200-1- Robots In Various Surfaces, 45200000-9-Construction Works In The Field Of Erecting Complete Building Objects Or Parts Thereof And Works In The Field Of Land And Water Engineering,-45310000-3-Electrical Installation Works,-4533000000-9-Installation And Sanitary Installation Works. 6. It Is Recommended For The Contractor To Conduct A Local Vision Of The Workplace And Detailed Familiarization With The Order Documents. The Execution Of A Local Vision By The Contractor Is Not Obligatory. 7. The Contracting Authority In Accordance With Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Implementation Of This Contract, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 Labor Code (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). The Above Requirements Include The Following Types Of Activities: 1) Preparation Of The Area For Construction And Cold Robots, 2) Construction Of The Object. 8.
