Tenders Are Invited For Creating An Active Playground At The Morska Kraina Municipal Nursery In Jarosławiec

3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Playground For The Needs Of A Nursery At The Primary School In Jarosławiec As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Creation Of An Active Playground At The Morska Kraina Municipal Nursery In Jarosławiec. 3.2. For The Implementation Of The Above -Mentioned Tasks, The Postomino Commune Received Funding As Part Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025.3.3. The Playground Will Be Located At The Building Of The Primary School In Jarosławiec, I.E. On Plot No. 164/1 Of Or Jarosławiec, Commune Postomino. As Part Of The Task, It Should Be Carried Out, In Accordance With The Design Documentation: 1) Disassembly And Re -Assembly Of The Fence, 2) Disassembly Of The Surface From The Panels, 3) Disassembly Of The Existing Sandbox, 4) Performing Safe Surface From Hypertrophic Mats And Sandy Surface, 5) Assembly Of Elements Of The Playground - 9 Elements, 6) Assembly Of Elements Of Small Architecture - 4 Elements, 7) Assembly Of The Information Board. 3.4. All Recreation And Lavish Devices And Surfaces Should Have Certificates Of Compliance With The Pn En 1176 Series Standards - Playground Equipment And Pn En 1177 - Safe Surfaces Issued By An Accredited Certification Unit. The Contractor Will Provide Certificates Via The Ordering Party With A Certification Unit Before Starting The Installation Of Devices For Approval. 3.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Enable The Performance And Development Of A Document (I.E. Certificate, Certificate) From The Control, Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground And The Surface With Pn-En 1176 Or 1177 Standards By An Independent Control Unit, Operating On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 3.6. All Play Equipment Implemented As Part Of This Procedure Should Be Available To The Age Group Of Children Under Three Years Old. 3.7. The Devices Should Have High Resistance To Weather Conditions And Damage As A Result Of Vandalism. Elements Connecting Each Others Individual Components Of Recreation And Sales Devices Should Be Made Of Stainless Steel, Protruding Tips Of The Fasteners Protected With Plastic Plugs. Equipped Devices In The Ground With The Help Of A Concrete Foundation. The Dominant Colors Of Play Equipment Are: Green, Blue, Yellow, Red. 3.8. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Make A Local Vision Of The Place Of Conducting Construction Works In Order To Obtain Information Necessary To Prepare The Offer And To Conclude The Contract And Perform The Contract. 3.9. At The Latest On The Day Of Receipt, As Part Of The As -Built Documentation, The Playground Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Instructions For All Supplied Devices That Should Include: 1) Installation Guidelines; 2) Details Of The Device Function; 3) Requirements In The Field Of Control And Maintenance. 3.10.
