In Particular, The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Construction Works:- Preparatory Works;- Earthworks- Execution Of The Road Trough Natural- Execution Of A Layer Of The Basic Foundation Of A Small Broken Aggregate- Making A Single-Layer Asphalt Surface From A Mixture Of Sma 16 Jena 7 Cm- Construction Of The Road Surface From Asphalt Destruct. Earth 45233220-7 Work In The Field Of Road Surfaces45233123-7 Construction Works In The Field Of Subordinate Roads3. Detailed Scope Of Construction Works In Accordance With Art. 103 Para. 1 Public Procurement Law Was Described By Means Of Project Documentation And Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex 1 To This Swz Constituting An Integral Part. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element For Price Calculation. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Project Documentation, Stwiorb, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Building Art, Applicable Regulations, And To Give The Subject Of This Contract To The Ordering Party Within The Period Agreed. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge In A Way That Guarantees The Safety Of People And Property. 5. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Require The Accessibility For Disabled People, No Regulations Are Entered In The Scope Of Art. 100 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act. 6. If The Employer In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters, Etc.7. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Para. 5 Or Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer Of Documents (In Question), Confirming That The Balanced Solutions Offered Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Described In The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above -Mentioned Documents Or The Submitted Documents Are Incomplete, The Employer Will Not Call For Their Submission/Supplement. 8.
