3 In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Works Will Be Performed: 1) Replacement Of Ceramic Cladding Of External Stairs For A Floor Made Of Epoxy Resin, 2) Execution Of Flashing On The Side Walls Of The External Stairs. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Illustrated In The Attached Photographs (Annex 12 To Swz). 3. Detailed Scope Of Construction Works: 1) Floor Repair Works: A) Breaking The Boiled Side Cladding Of The External Stairs, B) Breaking Of The Burned Plaster And Complementing The New One, C) Supplementing The Substrate Defects With Epoxy Resin Mortar, D) Ground Grounding Before Capillary Moisture, E) Epoxy Resin With The Addition Kwarkowa, F) Thickening Of The Floor To The Gr. 1.5 Mm., G) Varnishing Closing The Floor From Epoxy Resin; 2) Performing Flashing On The Side Walls Of The External Stairs: A) The Relegation Layer From Cement Mortar For Flashing, B) Performing Sheet Metal Processing From Titanium-Cynic Sheet; Stair From Old Paint, B) Paint With Oil Paint Staircase Balustrades. 4. The Warranty Period For Construction Works Being The Subject Of The Contract And For Materials Provided And Built By The Contractor Is A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Date Of The Final Receipt Of The Non -Abuse Or Date Of Removal Of Defects/Defects Found During Receipt. 5. Proposing In The Offer To Grant A Warranty For Construction Works Longer Than 36 Months Will Be Additionally Scored In Accordance With The Registration Of Chapter Xxiv. Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria, As The Importance Of These Criteria And The Method Of Evaluation Of Offers. Proposing A Guarantee Of Less Than 36 Months In The Offer Will Be The Basis For Rejecting The Offer. 6. The Contractor Will Grant Warranty For A Period Equal To The Period Of Warranty Granted. 7. Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act, In Order To Ensure The Correct Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, For The Period Of The Contract, All Persons Performing Activities Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Scope Of The Contract, Which Will Perform Activities Actually Related To The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. A General Building Employee. 8. Implementation Of The Activities Listed In Para. 5 Consists Of Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465). The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To The Contractor Or Subcontractor (Including Partners Of Partnerships), Who Will Personally Implement The Above -Mentioned Activities On A Sole Proprietorship (Self -Employment). 9. Determining The Employment Dimension The Contracting Authority Leaves The Contractor. 10. The Method Of Verification Of Employment Of The Abovementioned Persons And Rights Of The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Controlling The Contractors Fulfillment Of Requirements Related To The Employment Of The Abovementioned Persons
