Reconstruction Of Receipt. Places Of Collision From The Abovementioned The Road Will Be Performed As Part Of A Separate Task By A Network Gestor, I.E. Energa-Operator S.A. Branch In Koszalin. 2) The Reconstruction Will Be Carried Out During The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Contract. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Construction Site For The Time Of Removing Collision By The Network Gestor, I.E. Energa-Operator S.A. Branch In Koszalin. 2. The Employer Indicates That The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works And The Preparation Of The Documentation Specified In This Contract, Serving To Submit Works To The Competent Authorities. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In Points 1 And 2 And In Accordance With Art. 103 Of The Pzp By Means Of Project Documentation And Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract.
