    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading In The Scope Of Receiving, Movement And Delivery Of Parcels And Postal Parcels And Their Returns, The Eldership Of The West Warsaw Poviat In The Years 2026 - 2028, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 2 Of The Act Of November 23, 2012 Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended) And The Return Of Underpired Parcels. By Postal Parcels That Are The Subject Of The Contract Are Understood: 1) Letters: A) Ordinary - Unregistered Parcels That Are Not The Fastest Category Parcels In Domestic Trade And In Foreign Trade, B) Ordinary Priority - Unregistered Mailings Of The Fastest Category In Domestic And Foreign Trading, C) Registered Mail Not Categories In Domestic And Foreign Trade, D) Priority Registered - Registered Shipments Of The Fastest Category In Domestic Trade In Foreign Trade, E) Registered With A Return Confirmation Of Receipt (Zpo) - Shipments Not Being Parcels Of The Fastest Category Adopted In Favor Of Receipt In Domestic Transactions, F) Registered Priority The Fastest Category Accepted With Confirmation Of Granting And Served On The Receipt In Domestic Turnover, G) Returns Of Registered Letters, Zpo, Foreign And Ordinary, 2) Postal Packages (Delivery Up To 2 Business Days), 3) Courier Shipment (Delivery Of The Next Business Day).
