    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of Floors And Walls In The Hospital Emergency Department, In Spzoz In Choszczno At M. Niedziałkowskiego 4A 2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In This Specification, And In Particular The Bill -In Specification. 3. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. 4. The Order In Terms Of Time And Acceptance Is Divided Into Stages: A) - 1St Stage Left Wing: Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, B) - Second Stage Right Wing; Within 30 Days From The End Of The First Stage, The Detailed Division Of Activities Per Individual Stages Is Described By The Bill Of Quantity Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification. Sor Must Function All The Time. Division Into Stages Is Necessary Min. Due To The Need To Maintain The Functioning Of Sor And The Related Transfer Of Scope Of Sor Activities Between Individual Rooms. Justification Of The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts: No Functional Division Of The Contract Into Parts.
