    1. The Subject Of The Investment Are Construction Works Involving The Modernization Of One Of The Lecture Halls, Designated As No. 42/43, Located At The Headquarters Of The Lubuski Agricultural Advisory Center In Kalsk, In The Conference Part Of The Object. The Material Scope Of The Investment Will Include: 1.1. Performing Demolition Works; 1.2. Execution Of Assembly Works; 1.3. Modernization Of Central Heating And Water And Sewage Installation; 1.4. Modernization Of Electrical Installation; 1.5. Modernization Of Low -Current Computer Installation; 1.6. Execution Of The Sound System And Audio-Video; 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Description Of The Employers Requirements In The Scope Of Implementation And Acceptance Is Determined By: Annex 1 - Construction Design Containing: Annex No. 1A - Technical Design Salad No. 1B - Architectural And Construction Design And Development Of Terrain. ) Annex 4 - Description Of The Subject Of The Ordering Service No. 5 - Design Of The Agreement, The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Attachment To Swz Should Be Treated As An Additional Element, Only Facilitating The Preparation Of The Offer. The Number Of Works Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Number Of Works Are An Auxiliary Nature, Facilitating The Preparation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Works With The Design Documentation. A Possible Lack Of A Part Of The Order In The Pre -Work Of Works Or In Tables, Material Diagrams Contained In The Project Documentation, In Particular In The Executive Project, Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of Technical Documentation Or Opz At A Contractual Flat -Rate Price.
