1. The Subject Of The Order Are Modernization Of The Rooms Of The Psychogeriatrics Department At Pavilion Viii In The Specialist Psychiatric Zoz In Łódź At 159. Zgodnie Z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia, Stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 2 Do Swz Oraz Zgodnie Z Projektem Umowy (Załącznik Nr 3 Do Swz).2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Process The Order On The Principles And Conditions Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.3. The Investor Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Offers (The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet All The Investors Requirements About All Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In Swz, I.E. Those That Guarantee The Preservation Of The Same Standards, Parameters And Standards), If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Shows That The Subject Of The Contract Was Determined By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes Products Or Deliveries, Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Some Contractors Or Products And To The Extent Indicated In Art. 101 Para. 4 Ustawy Pzp.4. If The Names Of Goods From Specific Manufacturers Have Been Indicated, They Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features, Which The Goods Offered By The Contractor Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Investor. Goods From Specific Manufacturers Are Only A Qualitative Pattern Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features The Investor Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, And Manufacturers Websites. Operating Sample Manufacturers Names Is Only Aimed At Clarifying The Level Of Investors Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution. Using The Names Of Producers/Products Is Only An Exemplary Character. The Investor, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product When Describing The Subject Of The Contract, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Utility Features At Least At The Level Of Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With Indicated Or Better Parameters. 5. In The Event Of Not Indicating An Equivalent Solution In The Offer, The Investor Will Find That The Contractor Will Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Solutions Indicated In Swz.6. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Investor, Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Subject Of The Contract He Offers Is Allowed To Trading And Use. 7. If The Contractor Applies To Equivalent Solutions, He Is Obliged To Show That The Subject Of The Contract He Offers Meets The Investors Requirements/Parameters. 8. The Investor Allows The Contractor To Perform The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors Or Further Subcontractors.
