1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Implementation Of The Working Time Registration System And Control Of Access To Rooms At The Poviat Starosty In Kielce Together With The Provision Of Technical Support. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). 3. The Employer Requires The Delivery Of Brand New Hardware And Devices As Well As Software Assigned To This Equipment. The Equipment And Devices As Well As The Software Must Be Legal, Factory -New, Not Used Before, From A Legal Distribution Channel, Admitted To Trading, Meeting Ce Standards. Refurbished Devices (Returned To The Manufacturer And Later Resold By The Manufacturer) Are Not Allowed. The Supply Of Hardware And Software Includes Devices Specified In Opz.4. The Offered Equipment Must Come From The Distribution Channel Authorized By Its Manufacturer In The Eu And Cannot Be Charged Previously Acquired By The Rights Of Third Parties (Subdistry, Independent Brokers) And Must Be Approved For Trading In Poland, As Well As Have Relevant Certificates And Approvals, Technical Approvals, Allowing Use For Use, Which Is To Serve, As From The Requirements Contained In Opz: Warranty Documents, User Manuals And Maintenance For Each Appropriate Unit Of Delivered Equipment, Declarations Of Compliance Of Built -In Materials, Security Certificates, Etc. And Other Necessary Documents Included In Opz. All Documents Attached To The Provided Subject Of The Contract Must Be Drawn Up In Polish In Printed Form (In The Case Of Certificates, The Contracting Authority Allows Printout In English Pursuant To Article 20 (3) Of The Pzp Act). 5. At The Time Of Receipt, The Employer Provides For The Possibility Of Using A Procedure For Checking The Legality Of The Supplied Software. In Addition, The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Verifying The Originality Of The Supplied Software With Its Manufacturer. 6. The Contracting Authority Is An Entity That Is Entitled To Buy And Use The Licenses Provided For Public Units (Government). 7. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Subject Of The Order Organized By His Transport, In Accordance With The Standards And Regulations In Force In This Respect, At His Own Expense And Risk. The Employer Will Not Be Responsible For Damage Caused During Loading, Transport As Well As Unloading And Installation. 8. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Technical And Utility Parameters, Specified In Detail In Opz. Lack Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract For Any Required Parameter Gives The Contracting Authority Grounds To Reject The Offer. 9. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Obligation For The Contractor To Serve A Local Vision In Order To Check The Ict And Teletechnical Conditions, Which Are The Subject Of The Contract.
