    The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery Of Furniture To Professional Laboratories As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Creation And Support Of The Functioning Of The Industry Skill Center In Chełm In The Field Of Mechatronics, Including The Supply Of Conference Furniture. The Set Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: 1) Contract Template (Respectively For Part 1-3) - Annex No. 3 To Swz.2) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1 To The Contract Template. The Order At 4 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Object Of The Contract Must Be Factory New, Unused, Unpopular, Undeveloped, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Not Covered By The Rights Of Third Parties, Not The Subject Of Any Proceedings And Security, Corresponding To The Standards Allowing For The Market Of The Area Of ​​The Republic Of Poland And Technically Efficient And Ready For Its Operation. Creating And Supporting The Functioning Of 120 Industry Skill Centers (Bcu) Implementing The Concepts Of Professional Perfection Centers (Coves). Source Of Financing: National Plan Of Rebuilding And Restrictation Priority Priority Immunity And Competitiveness Of The Economy - Grant Part A3.1.1.
