    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Supply Of Lightweight Heating Oil For The Heating Season 2025/2026 For The Needs Of The Cisek Commune Facilities: - Municipal Kindergarten In Ciska, Cisek Ul. Harcerska 9, - Psp In Łany, Łany Ul. Główna 98A, - Psp In Roszowicki Forest, Roszowicki Las Ul. Szkolna 12, - Psp In Cisk /Including Sports Hall /, Cisek Ul. Planetorza 21, - Building Of The Cisek Commune Office, Cisek Ul. Planeteza 52, - Building Of The Health Center In Cisk, Cisek Ul. Harcerska 2, - Multifunctional Building In Łany, Łany Ul. Główna 96B, - Municipal Building, Kobylice Ul. Raciborska 27, - Municipal Culture Center / Remiza Osp, Cisek Ul.Plamanza 30 In A Total Amount Of Up To 115,000 Liters. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of Deliveries Depending On The Actual Needs. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Reducing The Scope Of The Order By No More Than 40%. The Supplied Light Heating Oil Must Meet The Quality Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Energy Minister Of December 1, 2016 On Qualitative Requirements Regarding The Content Of Sulfur For Oils And Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2008), And Pn C-96024: 2020-12, Respectively.
