    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of A Tool Supporting The Process Of Verifying The Wholesale Offers Of The Beneficiaries Of The National Plan Of Rebuilding And Increase Refuge (Kpo) And European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc). As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor: I. He Will Conduct And Present An Analysis To The Employer, Including Identification Of The Needs Of The Ordering Party, The Concept Of Implementing And Performing The Subject Of The Contract And Technical Design. Ii. It Will Provide A Tool Supporting The Implementation Of The Verification Process, Or The Wholesale Offer Provided By The President Of Uke Has Already Been Published By The Beneficiary On The Website (Website) And The Process Of Downloading Published Published Wholesale Offers.Iii. It Will Provide A Tool Supporting The Process Of Comparing The Content Of The Published Offer Referred To In Point Ii, With An Offer Provided By The President Of Uke, Taking Into Account The Comments And Reservations Submitted By The President Of Uke In The Procedure Provided For In The Competition Documentation Of The Kpo/Ferc Project. Iv. He Will Conduct Instruction For A Maximum Of 15 People Indicated By The Employer In The Field Of Operation And Operation Of The Supplied Software Referred To In Point Ii And Iii, Including Instruction For A Minimum Of 2 Administrators. Will Provide As -Built Documentation. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz).
