    1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Project Service Contractor In The Scope Of Developing Complete Project And Cost Documentation For The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Krakow Plant, For The City Green Board In Krakow. 1.1 In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. Investment Intentions Entitled: Modernization Of Krakow Plant. 1.3 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented In Annex A To Swz - The Subject Of The Subject And Material Scope Of The Contract. Original As Part Of The Flat -Rate Remuneration. 2. The Contractor Should Complete And Sign The Offer Form With Attachments Or Submit An Offer Corresponding To Their Content, Using A Qualified Electronic Signature, Trusted Signature Or Personal Signature, And Include Via Https://Platformazakupowa.Pl - The Address Of The Buyers Profile Https://Platformazakupowa.Pl/Pn/Zzzzm.Krakow Note!
