3 Acting On Cleaned Elements Of The Rooms And Their Decor. Documentation Of The Activities Performed; • Ongoing Monitoring Of The Amount Of Waste In Containers; • Monitoring And Documenting The Consumption Of Washing And Disinfectant Agents; • Keeping Documentation In The Field Of Waste Management; Control And Documentation Of The Temperature Of Storage Of Medical Waste On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays; • Documenting The Surface Cleaning Service In Accordance With Attachments From No. 1 To No. 8 To The Receipt Protocol/Control Of The Performance Of The Provided Service Constituting Annex 5 To The Contract; • Immediate Reporting To Medical Staff Noticed During The Implementation Of The Tasks Of Unusual Events And Behaviors That Can Cause Damage To Health Or Property. Patients; • Calling Medical Staff In Emergency Situations. 2.
