    1. Annex 2 Contains Tables With A List Of Ordered Products. The Number Of Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Annex 2 To Swz Are Estimated Values, Used To Correctly Calculate The Price Of The Offer, Comparison Of Offers And Select The Best Offer. The Number Of The Ordered Assortment As Part Of The Contract May Be Reduced Or Increased As Part Of Individual Assortment Items In The Form Assortment And Price (Annex 2 To The Contract), Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, With The Proviso That The Contractors Remuneration Will Not Be Higher Than Specified In The Offer (Annex 1 To The Contract). 2. The Offered Medical Devices Must Have Permission To Marry In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 3. The Contractor Will Deliver Products To The Pharmacy Department At Pzol In Grojec Aleja Ogrodowa 1 By Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense. 4. In The Case Of Proposing The Subject Of The Contract In Packaging Other Than Suggested In The Offer Forms, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) To Provide The Size Of The Offered Packaging And To Provide The Price Offered, B) Adjusting The Number Of Packaging Offered In Proportion To The Number Of Unit Packages Indicated In The Offer Form By The Ordering Party, If Necessary (In The Event Of Seats In The Decline), Round The Amount Of Packaging In The Upper.
