Tenders Are Invited For Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Help, Equipment And Tools For Diagnosis - Extension Of The Offer With Additional Classes - Didactic Classes - Improving The Quality Of Pre -School Education In Kędzierzyn -Koźle. Stage Iv

The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Purchase And Delivery (If The Installation Is Also Necessary To Assemble) Of Equipment For Conducting Classes With Children, Including Children With Special Educational Needs. 2) Delivery Includes Equipment, Which Was Described In Detail In Annex 1A To Swz - Detailed Delivery Specification. 3) Equipment Delivered As Part Of This Order, Must Be New, Unused, Free From Disposal, Derived From The Official Disposal, The Manufacturers Distribution Channel And Made As Part Of Safe Technologies. 4) The Equipment Offered By The Contractor Must Have A Certificate Of Compliance With Eu Requirements, Current Safety Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All Requirements Of Standards Specified In Applicable Law And Have A Ce Designation - If The Equipment Offered Requires It. 5) Folding Goods Or With A More Complicated Structure Should Have Instructions For Use In Polish And A Warning About Threats. 6) Equipment And Teaching Aids Must Have Adequate Approvals If The Law Requires This, 7) Approvals, Declarations Of Compliance, Certificates, Etc. The Products Will Be Attached To The Goods Being The Subject Of The Offer Together With Delivery. 8) To The Equipment Delivered And For Didactic Aids Will Be Granted, 2 Years Of Warranty Period With The Indication Contained In Annex 1A To Swz - Detailed Specification Of Deliveries) During Working Hours, After Prior Telephone Agreement And Place Of Delivery And Ensuring The Assembly Of Teaching Aids/Play Equipment, Which Require Such Assembly. 10) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Teaching Aids And Compatible Equipment, In Terms Of Quality, Functionality And Safety With The Description Contained In Annex 1A To Swz - Detailed Supply Specification. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex 1 A To Swz - A Detailed Specification Of Deliveries, The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Included In The Electronic Version On The Website Of The Conducted Proceedings Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz.
