    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of 1 Piece Of Cbulitary Cember Ambules, Equipped With A Main Stretcher And A Transporter For The Needs Of The Emergency Emergency Team Of The Sądecki Ambulance Service In Nowy Sącz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz.3. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Vehicles Supplied: A) Are Brand New, Fully Functional, Without Defects, Not Demonstrative, Not The Subject Of The Exhibition, B) Their Building Standard Includes At Least Medical Development, Main Stretchers And A Carrier Transporter, C) Were Produced No Later Than In 2025, D) Their Medical Buildings Were Made In 2025, And The Contractor Has Documents, And The Contractor Has Documents The Building Medical Equipment Allowing And Using, In Accordance With The Act Of 07 April 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620, As Amended), E) Are Ready For Use.
