The Subject Of The Contract Performing The Function Of A Substitute Investor Over Construction Works, Co -Financed By The European Union Entitled: Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of The Buildings Of Educational Institutions In Częstochowa - The Stage Of The Izakres Duties Which Will Apply To The Bidder: 1. Management And Supervision Of Construction Works, Including Coordinating The Activities Of Supervision Inspectors. 2. Construction Council, Taking Place At Least Once Every Two Weeks With The Participation Of The Construction Coordinator, Industry Inspectors And Financial Settlements Specialist, And A Written Report From The Meeting Transferred To Interested Parties. 3. Preparation Of The Task Implementation Plan (And Its Necessary Updates), Which Will Constitute The Basis For Ongoing Control Of The Contract Implementation. 4. Preparation, Settlement And Monitoring Of The Task And Developing Material And Financial Schedules. 5. Conducting All Activities In It Systems Lsi And Cts Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task. 6. Conducting All Activities Related To The Settlement Of Contracts With Contractors, Assuming That The Applicable Remuneration Will Be A Flat -Rate Remuneration, Including Checking The Invoices Of Contractors And Documents Attached To The Investment Settlement In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract For Construction Works. 7. Financial Supervision, Conducting All Matters Related To Financing The Task And Conducting Full Reporting And Settlements Of The Employers Own Funds, As Well As Preparing Financial Information For Institutions Controlling The Investment In Question. 8. Representing The Ordering Party At The Construction Site By Exercising Control Of Its Implementation Of Its Implementation With A Building Permit And Applicable Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 9. Organization And Conduct Of Coordination Meetings At The Construction Site And Preparing Protocols From The Meeting And Transferring Them To Interested Parties (Contracting Authorities, Contractors) Within 3 Days After The Meeting And Participation In Meetings Organized By The Employer. 10. Ensuring Compliance Of The Works And Supplies With Technical And Contractual Requirements, Including Checking The Quality Of Works Performed, Built -In Building Materials, Preventing The Use Of Defective And Non -Marked Materials And Use In Construction. 11. Solving Problems And Disputes Arising During The Implementation Of Works. 12. Performing Partial Acceptance Activities, Including Checking And Receipt Of Construction Works Covered Or Disappearing, Participating In Technical Trials And Installations, Technical Devices, And Preparation And Participation In The Activities Of Collecting Building Objects And Transferring Them To The User. 13. Carrying Out And Performing The Final Acceptance Of The Investment With The Contractor Of Construction Works.
