    The Subject Of The Contract Is: Providing A Gastronomic, Hotel, Conference Service As Well As A Simultaneous And Consecutive Translation Service For Training Participants (D), Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Safer Together-An Increase In Security In The Polish-Lithuanian Border Region By Intensifying Police Cooperation, Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Interreg Vi-A Lithuania-Poland Program. Service Implementation Deadline: 3 Successively Successful Business Days In The Period From October 13, 20125 To 24.10.2025, Excluding Saturdays And Sundays. 2. Order Scope) Hotel Service: Accommodation 53 Participants: • Day 1- Arrival And Accommodation • Day 3- Check-Out Gastronomic Service: • Breakfast: Day 2 And Day 3- For 53 People • Dinners: Day 1, 2, 3- For 53 People • Dinner- For 53 People:- Day 1- Dinner Day 2 Coffee- For 53 People:- Day 1-3- All-Day Coffee Service (At The Hotel And At The Place Of Practical Classes) C) Conference Service:- Rental Of A Conference Room For 53 People (Day 1 And 3), With Full Audiovisual Equipment And Thermal Comfort) - Lithuanian And Vice Versa)- Day 2 (Practical Classes In The Field)- Equipment For Simultaneous Translation And A Minimum Of 2 Qualified Translations- Specialist Vocabulary: Legal Language, Police-Legged Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 4 Swz.
