    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of It Infrastructure As Part Of The Project Entitled Reconstruction Of Rooms In The Main Building Of The Poviat Hospital In Rawicz Sp.Z O.O. For The Needs Of The Geriatric Ward With Equipment. The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Part 1 Includes The Delivery: Desktop Computer - 13 Pcs; Monitor - 13 Pcs; Office Software - 13 Pcs; Webcam - 1 Pcs ... The Set Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz. All Parameters And Technical Requirements Specified Therein Are Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet These Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Landlord Expects High -Quality Products That Meet All The Required Conditions Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Meet The Functional Requirements, As Intended. The Parameters Described In The Mentioned Form Should Be Treated As Minimal, Which Means That The Contractor Can Always Offer Products With Better Parameters (Exceeding The Described Parameters Of The Ordering Party). The Contractor, When Submitting The Offer, Guarantees That The Offered Equipment Is Complete And Will Be Ready To Use Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments, And That It Is Factory New, Produced In 2025 And Was Not The Subject Of Exhibition, Exhibitions, Etc. And Has Instructions For Use In Polish. The Contractor Provides The Device Service Implemented By The Manufacturer Or Authorized Manufacturers Partner. The Contractor Ensures That The Subject Of The Contract Authorized Manufacturers Distribution Channel Intended For The European Union. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Necessary Connection Cables And Assembly Elements Necessary To Launch The Equipment.
