    The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1. Delivery With Its Own Transport Of Heating (Light) Oil To The Seat Of The Provincial Roads In Kętrzyn And The Seat Of Road District No. 2 In Sędławki In The Years 2025 - 2028.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Heating Oil In An Amount Of 16,000 Liters. Delivery Adres: 1) Region Of Provincial Roads In Kętrzyn, Ul. Bałtycka 20, 11-400 Kętrzyn2) Road Circuit No. 2 In Sędławki, Sędławki 4A, 11-200 Bartoszyce3. The Required Oil Quality Parameters Are Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex No. 5) And Model Of The Contract (Annex No. 4) - Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz.5. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes A Price Form - Constituting An Integral Part Of The Order. 6. The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular With The Act Of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1061, As Amended) And The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320).
