The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of It Software And Services Related To The Implementation Of The Cyber ​​-Secure Local Government Project For The Sulechów Commune In Accordance With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz, Including: Lp. Name Amount1. Purchase Of Anti-Virus Software From Edr 1 Pc. 2 The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund (Erdr) Under European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027, Priority Ii Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2. Strengthening The National Cyber Security System. 3 The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 4 Sopz And The Other Provisions Of Swz.4 The Employer Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 5 The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Submission Of Partial Offers. 6 Reasons Not To Divide The Order Into Parts: The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Delivery Of One Software Package Along With Its Implementation And Providing Support Services. Due To The Nature Of The Order, The Order Cannot Be Divided Into Smaller Parts. On The Other Hand, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Grant Competition, The Cyber ​​Security Local Government Was Divided Into Items And Services Purchased In The Project Into Several Parts/Tasks Depending On The Type Of Delivery And Place Of Implementation, And This Procedure Is One Of Them. 7 The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Granting Free -Hand Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Act. 8 The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Possibility Of Applying For The Award Of The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Act. 9 The Ordering Party Does Not Require Submitting An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs And Attaching Electronic Catalogs. 10 The Contractor, When Submitting The Offer, Must Confirm That He Has Read The Content And Accepts The Provisions Of The Document Ferc Information Clause - Cyber -Secure Local Government (Annex 5) .11
