The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Small Sand Sieved 0.1 - 5 Mm By Self -Component Cars, In Estimated Amounts - 8,000 T. The Aggregate Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn -En 13242+A1: 2010 Standard Aggregates To Unrelated And Hydraulically Bound Materials Used In Building And Road Construction Or Equivalent, As Well As The Requirements Specified In The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Construction Products (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213). The Employer Has The Right To Submit A Complaint Regarding The Delivered Sand Party Within 2 Business Days From The Day Following The Day Of Delivery. The Complaint Is Submitted In The Form Of An E-Mail Sent To The Address Of The Person Indicated By The Contractor, Confirming Its Receipt By The Addressee (In The Form Of A Return E-Mail Or Automatic Confirmation Of Service/Reading). The Contractor Is Obliged To Consider The Complaint Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Its Receipt. In The Event Of A Complaint, The Contractor Will Complete The Delivery Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Its Recognition - In The Event Of Quantitative Deficiencies Or Replace The Goods With A New One - In The Event Of Qualitative Defects. The Contractors Lack Of Response To The Submitted Complaint Within The Above Date Means Its Recognition. Partial Deliveries Will Be Carried Out In The Quantities Of At Least 1,000 Tonnes, With Each Delivery Should Be Organized In A Way That Allows The Full Use Of The Load Capacity Of Transport Vehicles. Aggregate Transport Must Be Carried Out By Means Of Transport That Meets The Requirements Of Legal Provisions In Conditions That Protect Against Excessive Moisture. The Contractor Will Provide An Assortment, At Its Own Expense And Risk, To A Waste Landfill In Ziemiełowice. Deliveries Will Be Carried Out On Business Days, Between 7:00 And 15:00, Unless The Parties Set Differently. The Contractor Will Carry Out Individual Orders Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Order. Deliveries Will Be Carried Out Successively, In Parties, Based On Partial Orders Placed By The Employer In Accordance With His Current Needs. The Contractor And Each Delivery Will Provide A Copy Of The Document Confirming The Quality Of The Supplied Aggregate, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13242+A1: 2010 Standard Or Equivalent And The Provisions Of The Act On Construction Products. The Employer Has The Right To Demand Current Approvals, Certificates, Declarations Of Compliance, Etc. During The Duration Of The Contract. The Unit Price Indicated In The Offer Form Is Fixed And Includes All Costs Related To The Implementation Of Deliveries Throughout The Contract. The Contracting Authority Will Not Accept The Invoice If There Are Reservations As To The Quality Or Amount Of The Subject Of The Delivery. The Contracting Authority Will Submit These Reservations In Writing Immediately, No Later Than Within 2 Days From The Date Of Delivery.
