    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Transport Service Consisting In Transporting The Shortest Possible Route Of Disabled Students Living In The Jedlina-Zdrój Commune On The Section Dom-Szkoła-Dom Together With Providing Children/Students Of Professional Care For Children/Students During Transport. 2. The Service Will Be Implemented From September 1, 2025 To June 26, 2026, I.E. On School Days In Accordance With The Calendar Of The 2025/2026 School Year, Excluding Holidays And School Holidays, Public Holidays, Holidays Established By Decisions Of Schools And Educational Institutions And Days When The Functioning Of Educational Institutions Will Be Limited For Reasons Beyond The Ordeal. The Contractor Performing The Subject Of The Contract Will Have To Provide The Right Amount Of Means Of Transport, Necessary For The Correct Organization Of Delivery For All Entitled To Delivering. 4. Services Covered By This Order Will Be Provided By Means Of Transport Adapted For The Transport Of Disabled Children. 5. The Transport Service Will Be Performed By Persons With A Minimum Year Of Experience In Driving Means Intended For Transporting Passenger And Appropriate Driving Licenses. 6. The Transport Closed To The Jedlina-Zdrój Commune Cannot Be Combined With Transport Carried Out For Other Municipalities. Transport Applies Only To Children Reported By The Jedlina-Zdrój Commune. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Transport Based On The Name List Of Children, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Permit For Closed Transport, Issued By The Commune. 7. List Of Student Transport Routes: Public Special Primary School No. 10 In Wałbrzych, Ul. Ogrodowa 5A, 58-306 Wałbrzych; Special Vocational School Complex In Wałbrzych, Ul. Adama Mickiewicza 24, 58-300 Wałbrzych
