In The Sanitary Reservoir Of Fallen Animals In Mszczonów. The Permanent Vehicle Must Be: • Factory New, Min. Chassis Production Year - 2024, Min. Year Of Building Production - 2025, • Free From Physical And Legal Defects And From Third Parties Claims, • In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular: On The Act Of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251), With Executive Acts To The Abovementioned Of The Act, On Technical Requirements Regarding Special Vehicles Intended For Loading, Transporting And Unloading Of Fallen Animals, On Sanitary And Veterinary Regulations And Environmental Protection Regulations Appropriate For This Type Of Vehicle. The Audit Must Have Approval Enabling Its Registration And Admission To Movement In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. The Employer Also Allows A Vehicle With Unit Admission Issued By Transporting Technical Supervision, In Place Of Full-Time Approval. The Audit Must Meet The Minimum Technical And Utility Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.
