Tenders are invited for Completion of Agric Office Block Closing Date: 28th August, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: COMPLETION OF AGRIC OFFICE BLOCK Additional Information: The Tain District Assembly in the Bono Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of the District Assemblys Common Fund (DACF) to cover eligible payment as indicated in the Table below The Tain District Assembly hereby invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers with: Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3) and above Valid SNNIT Clearance Certificate Valid Labour Clearance Certificate Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Certificate (s) Valid Registrar Generals Registration Certificate (s) Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA)Registration Certificate OR evidence of registration. Valid TAX clearance certificate Tendering will be conducted under national competitive bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana and is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Tender Document. Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit and inspect the tender documents at the address given below from 8:30am to 5:00pm. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers after a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH500.00) only have been payed at the Assemblys accounts department starting from 4th August, 2025 between the hours of 8:30am 5:00pm on working days. Tender must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two Percent of the contract sum in the form of Bank Guarantee, Certified Cheque or Bid Bond from a reputable financial institution/reputable insurance firm. Interested Tenders may obtain further information from: Sealed Tenders bearing the address above should be submitted into the Tender Box located at the Tain District Assembly Hall (Room 9), on or before 28th August, 2025 at 10:00am prompt. Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened on Thursday 28th August, 2025 at 10:00am at the Districts Assembly Hall (Room 9) in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
