Computer-Related Services-Framework Agreement On The Digitization Of The Operating Files Of The Departments Of Technical Environmental Protection And Immission Protection Of The State Office For The Environment. A Framework Agreement For Two Years (With A Two -Time Extension Option By One Year Each) Is To Be Concluded For The Digitization Of Existing Files. Departments 2 And 3 Have Several Archives At Various Locations From The State Office For The Environment, Whose File Stocks Must Be Digitized. There Are A Total Of Up To 30,000 Files. With Reaching The Agreed Maximum Amount Of 30,000 Files, The Framework Agreement Ends Regardless Of Whether The End Of The Agreed Contract Period Has Been Reached. This Is Unaffected By This, The Possibility Of The Client, Before Reaching The Agreed Maximum Amount, To Make Further Individual Calls Without New Procurement Procedures In Accordance With Section 132 Gwb.
