    Tree Pruning - Tree Care / Tree Control. Attention: Please Note That For Organizational Reasons, This Tender Only Applies To The Tree Care Measure. The Tree Control Measure Is Advertised In A Separate Procedure. Medfacilities Betrieb Gmbh Intends To Conclude A Service Contract For Tree Control/Care For The Entire University Hospital Cologne Site. As Part Of The Contractually Agreed Construction Care Services, The Contractor Is Obliged To Treat The Areas Listed In The List Of Services In Accordance With The Defined Requirements In Such A Way That A Risk Of Health And Life Is Excluded From Personnel, Patients And Visitors. The Contractor Provides The Employees (Skilled Workers), Vehicles, Equipment And Handicraft Equipment Required For The Implementation Of Tree Control/ Care. A Visit To The Location Is Mandatory To Submit An Offer. Please Plan For About 3 Hours For The Tour. The Dates For The Visits Are 21.08.2025 26.20225 02.09.2025. To Consult The Time Of The Tour, Please Contact The Award Office. Following The Site Visit You Will Receive A Certificate Of Participation. Please Note That Offers Are Only Taken Into Account If The Certificate Of Participation Of The Local Inspection Is Submitted Together With The Offer. For Reasons Of Corruption Protection, It Is Not Permitted That A Company Receives Both The Order For Tree Maintenance And Tree Control. An Application Is Therefore Only Possible For One Of The Two Procedures.
