Motor Vehicle Insurance Services-Kgfb Fleet Contract 2026-2028. The Conclusion Of A Mandatory Liability Insurance Contract For Road Vehicles Owned, Asset And Operated By The Minister Of The Interior For A Period Of 24 Months From January 1, 2026. The Combined Requirement Of Joint Contractors Is Planned For 12,393 +/- 15 %Vehicle. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Number Of Vehicles May Vary Due To The Number Of Vehicles, The Technical Wear And The Reorganization Related To The Tasks Of The Contracting Authorities, The Expansion Of The Staff Or Other Professional Reasons. The Standby Police Are The Kbt. Pursuant To Article 29 (2), The Call I.1. Shall Continue To Proceed As An Organization Acting On Behalf Of The Joint Contractors On Behalf Of The Joint Contractors. Individual Contracts To Be Concluded On The Basis Of The Procedure Shall Be Signed By The Contracting Authorities, In Accordance With The Draft Contract Issued As Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. The Technical Description And The Number Of Vehicles Per Category, As Well As The Number Of Vehicles Owned, Asset And Used By Each Contracting Authority Are Contained In The Public Procurement Documentation. The Duration Of The Contract Can Be Extended By A Joint Declaration Of Will Of The Parties, Not More Than Once, With The Use Of Unchanged Professional Conditions For Another 12 Months, Cxliii Of 2015 On Public Procurement. (4) (A) Of The Act (Hereinafter: Kbt.). In Order To Specify The Overall Bid Price On The Reading Sheet, The Contracting Authority Includes Documents Called The Price Table As Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation As Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. The Contracting Authority Draws Attention To The Fact That The Completed Flood Table To Be Submitted As Part Of The Tender Is Considered A Professional Offer, And The Complete Absence Of It Is The Kbt. 71 (8) Of The Act. The Contracting Authority Draws Attention To The Fact That If The Tenderer Undertakes To Employ A Dedicated Contact With A Very Response On The Reading Page, It Must Be Subject To The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Tenderer Must Declare In Writing At The Latest By Concluding The Contract Of The Dedicated Contact Person, Who Will Be Employed Throughout The Contract. If The Previously Indicated Dedicated Contact Person (S) Has A Change In Performance, The Tenderer Shall, At The Latest, Declare The Change In Writing On The Working Day Before The Involvement.
