The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Construction Of The Museum Of Remembrance Of The Victims Of The Volhynia Slaughter And The Center For Truth And Reconciliation Of President Lech Kaczyński In Chełm I Stage. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of Construction Works Together With The Necessary Elements Of The Infrastructure Accompanying According To The Formula Design And Build, Including: 1) Execution Of Complete Design Documentation, 2) Execution Of Construction Works According To The Developed Project Documentation. Acceptance Of One Concept, Which Will Be Qualified For Implementation And On The Basis Of Which Project Documentation Will Be Developed, B) Exercise Of Design Studies By Designers With The Required Designing Rights Based On A Functional And Utility Program, And Agreement With The Ordering Party, C) Taking Into Account The Requirements For Availability For Disabled People And Design For All Users, D) A Statement That The Project Document Was Made In Accordance With The Contract. Regulations And Were Made In Complete State From The Point Of View Of The Purpose To Which They Are To Serve, In Accordance With The Contract And Applicable Regulations, Including The Public Procurement Law, E) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Completeness Of The Documentation, Its Compliance With Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, F) Transfer To The Contracting Authority Of Studies Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Together With Property Copyright And Law Studies, G) Permission To The Ordering Party To Use Works And Their Modifications And To Dispose Of These Studies Along With Their Modifications, I.E. Granting The Contracting Authority Permission To Exercise Dependent Rights As Well As Transfer To The Contracting Authority The Right To Grant Permission To Exercise Dependent Rights, H) Formats Of The Entry Of Electronic Version Of Documentation: 1) Descriptive (Text) - Graphic - *.Dwg.
