The Lack Of Division Into Parts Does Not Limit Access To The Order For Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises, And Contractors Operating In The Industry, Which Covers The Subject Of The Contract, Can Provide All Its Elements. 3. The Employer Does Not Require The Implementation Of The Order By Sheltered Workshops, Social Cooperatives Or Other Contractors Covered By The Provisions Of Art. 94 Para. 1 Of The Act. 4.
