Mobility In This Assignment Is Limited To Hospitality, Rotation Or Exchange, Which Is Generally Discontinued For A Period Of Between 3 Months And 1 Year. Such Mobility Is Voluntary For The Individual. All Parties Can Take The Initiative, But It Is Up To The Employer To Accept Or Reject Request In Each Case. There Are Guidelines And A Template For This. The Assignment Will Document The Practice, Experiences And Assessments Of Such Mobility. The Main Approach Is Surveys With Relevant Actors, But It Is Also Relevant To Include Qualitative Approaches. The Assignment Shall Be Started As Soon As Possible After The Contract Conclusion And The Final Report Must Be Delivered By 01.02.26. The Upper Economic Framework Of Procurement Is Estimated At Nok 900,000 Excl. Vat. Including Option. Within This Framework, The Client Has Set Aside Up To Nok 800,000 Excl. Vat. To Carry Out The Assignment Itself, Including The Implementation Of The Contractor/Facilitation Of All Data Collection/Activities. The Client Has Further Set Aside Up To Nok 100,000 Excl. Vat. To A Possible Option. The Option Should In Principle Be Used To Cover Costs Associated With Further Data Collection, Arrange Specific Workshops/Dialogue Conferences And The Like. It May Also Be Appropriate For The Option To Finance Further Dissemination Of The Report And/Or Professional Discussions On Mobility With The Client After Completing Assignments.
