For The Provision Of Lawbase Software And Related Services.Description: Lawbase Is A Matter And Practice Management System For Legal Services Department. Lawbase Provides A Centralized, Searchable Location That Captures All Relevant Legal Matters Data And Documents. It Gives Legal Department A Consolidated And Comprehensive Oversight Of All Legal Work At Any Given Time. The System Provides Metrics To Support And Tailor Management For Each Of The Five Legal Department Practice Groups And The Department As A Whole.Reasons For The Direct Award: Synaptec Software, Inc. Has Been The City’S Service Provider Since October 2020, Delivering Lawbase Software For A Variety Of Legal Services Functions. Lawbase Reduces The Risk Of Negatively Impacting The City’S Reputation And Losing Court Cases By Maintaining A Consolidated Knowledge Base Of Historical Legal Information. It Increases Legal Staff Efficiency By Automating Repetitive Processes, Such As Aggregating Matter Information To Generate Standard Agreements, Letters, Memos, Workflows, And More. The Software Continues To Serve The Department Well, And A Long-Term Investment Has Been Made In This Product.Term: Five (5) Years.The Five (5) Year Contract Is Valued At Approximately $92,520.00 Usd, Plus Applicable Taxes, For Software Licenses And Related Services.
