Tenders Are Invited For Logistics And Organizational And Technical Training Services For Conducting Events Related To The Activities Of The Ministry Of Education And Science And Of Projects And Programs On Which It Is A Beneficiary

The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes Logistics And Organizational And Technical Preparation Of Events Related To The Implementation Of The Activities Of The Ministry Of Education And Science And Projects And Programs For Which It Is The Beneficiary And The Accompanying Activities, Including: Not Limited To: Hotel Accommodation; Renting Halls/Premises; Technical Equipment; Providing Eating And Coffee Breaks, Online Coverage Of Events. The Events Will Be Held On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And May Be In Different Format - Conferences, Trainings, Seminars, Exchange Of Good Practices, Information Days, Congresses, Round Tables, Workshops, Meetings, Public Events Organized In Open And Closed Spaces, Incl. And Public Places, Outdoor Scenes, In Museums, Community Centers, Seminar Halls And More. Logistics And Organizational And Technical Training Include: Provision Of Transport (Except Air); Hotel Accommodation; Halls; Technical Equipment; Sound; Registration Of Participants; Provision/Distribution Of Materials; Providing Meals And Coffee Breaks; Preparation Of Video Or Sound Recording Of The Electronic Media Event; Preparation Of Photo Material From The Event And Other Similar Accompanying Activities. The Organization And Conduct Of The Events Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Technical Specification, The Technical Equipment At The Places Of The Events, The Organization Of The Nutrition Of The Participants, The Materials For The Events, The Transport To The Place Of The Event And Other Similar Activities. The Specific Parameters Regarding An Event Are Indicated By The Contracting Authority In Each Specific Request. As Of The Date Of Opening The Contract, The Contracting Authority Cannot Exhaustively Indicate All Events By Type And Number Of Events, Number Of Participants, Estimated Value Of Events Or A Time Schedule For Their Planning And Implementation. This Determines The Need, Depending On The Specific Needs And The Available Financial Resource On The Contract, To Be Able To Entrust The Organization And Holding Of Events That Were Not Known To Him At The Date Of Opening The Contract, Respectively Not Indicated In The Technical Specification.
