The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Active Electricity And The Choice Of A Low Voltage Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of Nova Zagora Municipality, Which Aims To Ensure The Supply Of Net Electricity Low Voltage (Nh) At Freely Agreed Prices, Under The Energy Act (Ea), The Energy Energy Rules (Ptee) (Pickee). The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes The Performance Of The Functions Of The Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, With The Full Administration Of The Information Flow With An Electricity System Operator Ead (Eso Ead) And The Cost Of Unbalanceds. The Selected Contractor Will Conclude A Contract For Combined Services, In Accordance With Art. 11, Item 10 Of Peea In Connection With Art. 20 Of Peee - Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All The Services Used By The Contracting Authority As The Final Customer: Access To The Power Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Transmission Of Electricity Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network (Network Services) And Balancing, As Well As The Settlement Of The Status Of The Statutory Relations. Excise Duty. The Total Volume Of The Order For 24 (Twenty -Four) Months Is 4400 Mwh Net Electricity, And With The Intended Possibility Of Renewing The Contract With Up To 6 (Six) Months, Amounted To 5500 Mwh Net Electricity.
