Work Detail

The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Designate A Contractor To Conclude A Contract For Its Implementation, In Order To Ensure Technical Support Of The Office Equipment Used To Secure The Work Process Of The Employees In Opu-Targovishte. Short Description Of The Main Activities: A) Subscription Technical Maintenance And Prevention Of Technique: 1. Initial Diagnosis Of The Technique For Establishing Its Compliance With The Operational Conditions And Requirements. 2. Monthly Prevention, Cleaning, Testing And Diagnosis Of Devices In Accordance With The Manufacturers Prescriptions. 3. Full Maintenance And Cleaning Of Equipment, Restoration Of The Devices, Which Includes: - Diagnosis Of Computer Systems And Peripherals, Replacement, Adding And/Or Upgrade Of A Computer Component And Restoring Data From The Hard Drive; - Maintenance Of A Local Network, Switches And Others /Without Materials Invested /; -Remote Assistance And Consultation Through Remote Access. B) Repair Of Equipment With Invested Spare Parts: 1. Repair Of Computer Systems, Monitors, Laptops, Printers, Copier Equipment, Multifunction Devices (Mfo), Scanners, Tablets And More. Devices. 2. Visit On The Spot In Order To Eliminate Damage. 3. Delivery And Installation Of Spare Parts For The Equipment. 4. Provision Of Turnover Equipment, With No Worse Characteristics Than The Damaged One For The Repair Period, When Repairing In Service, When Necessary And/Or Upon Request By The Contracting Authority. Important! All Transportation Costs Related To The Execution Of The Contract, As Well As The Costs Associated With The Provision Of Turnover Equipment At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, Are Entirely At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Value Of The Reserve Parts Invested, Which Is Paid By The Contracting Authority Separately From The Monthly Subscription Price, After His Consent For The Repair And After Presentation Of A Duly Prepared Invoice By The Contractor. The Spare Parts Invested Must Be New, Unused And Not Recycled. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Input Work For The Repair And Installation Of Spare Parts.
