The Compulsory Scope Of The Service, Regulated In Article 168, Paragraph 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act, Includes The Activities For Which The Person Exercising Construction Supervision Is Responsible, Namely: Lawful Starting Of The Construction; Completeness, Authenticity And Proper Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; Implementation Of The Construction Site In Accordance With The Approved Projects And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Normative Acts And Technical Specifications For Fire Safety, Environmental Protection During Construction; Compliance With The Requirements For Healthy And Safe Working Conditions In Construction; Exercising Control Over The Volume Of Construction And Assembly Activities, Taking Into Account The Quantity And Volume Of The Materials And Labor Invested In Their Implementation; The Quality Of The Used Building Materials And Products And Their Compliance With Safety Standards; Prevention Of Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of Construction; Suitability Of The Construction For Commissioning; Preparation Of A Final Report In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Territorial Development Act; Preparation Of A Technical Passport Of The Construction, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works.
