The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services For Insurance Of Movable And Immovable Property Owned By The Municipality Of Tervel. This Procedure Will Be Sought By A Contractor Of Two Of The Lots, Namely: Lot № 1 Vehicle Owned By Tervel Municipality Lot 2 Assets Acquired Through Rdp Projects On The Grounds Of Art. The Objects Of These Lots Include: Lot 3 Buildings Owned By Tervel Municipality - Insurance Of Real Estate, Which Is Owned By The Municipality Of Tervel; Lot 4 Employees Of Tervel Municipality - Insurance Of Persons; Lot No. 5 Persons Who Do Publicly Beneficial Work - Insurance Of Persons; Lot 6 Persons From Voluntary Formations Of Tervel Municipality - Insurance Of Persons. In The Case Of Improved Buildings And Facilities, The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Notify The Contractor In Due Time Of The Specific Change In The Insurance Amounts, With The Contractor Obliged To Issue An Annex For The Remaining Period Until The End Of The Insurance Under The Terms Of The Contract. The Financing Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out With Funds From The Budget Of The Municipality Of Tervel (Including The Lots, Which Are Awarded In Accordance With The Rules Of Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Law).
