Młyńska2) The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of All Necessary Design And Construction Works, Which Will Be To Modernize The Poviat Road In Sulmierzyce Street Kaliska Street In Plots With Numbers 2254/1, 2710/1, 2710/2, 3187 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Necessary Design Studies Along With Necessary Opinions And Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Necessary Decisions, Permits, Permission Or Opinions Others Organs, As Well As Other Documents Required By Special Provisions. 4) Quantity And Form Of Project Documentation: A) Construction Design Of The Road Industry: 4 Copies Of The Original In Paper Form, B) Executive Design Of The Above -Mentioned Industries: 3 Copies Of The Original In Paper Form, C) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Receipt Of Construction Works: 3 Copies Of The Original In Paper Form, D) Project Of Traffic Organization For Construction: 3 Copies Of The Original In Paper Form, E) Geodetic Inventory Of The Permission: 2 Copies.
