The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Playground And The Adjacent Pitch At The Grounds Of Primary School No. 354 At Ul. Otwocka 3 In Warsaw In The Formula Establishing .1) Scope Of Project Documentation: A) Construction Project, Which Consists Of: Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design; B) Executive Design - Detailing Of The Architectural And Construction Design (Scope Of Modernization Of The Playground And The Adjacent Pitch, Hereinafter Referred To As The Playground: Replacement Of The Surface, Replacement Of Toys With The Distribution Of Individual Elements); C) Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Meeting The Requirements Set Out In The Pzp Act; D). The Issues Of Works That Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Pzp Act And In Executive Provisions; E) Investor Cost Estimates Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Pzp Act And In The Executive Provisions, Made In The Industry System As Separate Development For Individual Types Works; F) Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, Including:- Agreeing On A Construction Project With The Capitals Conservator Of Monuments,- Permission To Carry Out Construction Works At The Immovable Monument,- Decision On The Building Permit/Certificate On Confirmation Of The Acceptance Of Construction Works. Note: The Building Of The Primary School With Integration Departments No. 354 At Ul. Otwocka 3 In Warsaw Was Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under No. A-1452, Decision Of 09.10.2018 2) Scope Of Construction Works) Execution Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Works, Based On The Approved Project Documentation In The Field Of Implementation:- Execution Of All Works Related To The Modernization Of The Playground;- Development Of As-Built Documentation. 3) § 1 Para. 2 Point 3 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 6 To Swz). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Scope Of Work, Description Of The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Implementation And Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: A) The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Together With Attachments-Annex 6 To Swzb) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Attachment-Annex No. 7 To Swzc) Functional And Use Program (Hereinafter Annexes - Annex 8 To Swz All The Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Constitute Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
