Changes Of Ppu - From Section Vii - Planned Provisions Of The Contract, 7.4) Type And Scope Of The Contract Changes And The Conditions For Their Introduction: C.D § 6 Ppu [Changes In The Amount Of Remuneration] 13) In The Event Of A Change In The Remuneration Of The Contractor Specified In § 5 Para. 1 Of This Agreement, In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Paragraph, Contractor: A) Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Introductory Annex Of The Abovementioned Change Of Remuneration - Will Submit A Statement To The Employer Containing A List Of Subcontractors Whose Contracts Meet The Conditions Set Out In § 9 Together With The Values Of Change Of Subcontractors Remuneration And An Indication Of The Dates Of Payment Of The Amounts Of Change Of Subcontractors Remuneration - Under Pain Of The Contractual Penalty Referred To In § 12 Para. 1 Point 10 Of This Agreement, B) Within The Time Limit Indicated By The Ordering Party, Shall Submit To The Employer A Declaration Of Regulation Of The Subcontractors Remuneration For The Change Of Remuneration Referred To In This Paragraph - Under Pain Of The Contractual Penalty Referred To In § 12 Para. 1 Point 10 Of This Contract. 2. The Contracting Authority Allows The Change Of Remuneration In The Event Of Interchangeable, Additional, Abandoned Works. 1) The Basis For Determining The Remuneration For A Replacement, Abandoned Or Additional Scope Of Works Will Be The Protocol Of The Necessity Signed By The Authorized Representative Of The Contractor And Accepted By The Contracting Authority. 2) An Integral Part Of The Necessity Protocol Is Always The Cost Estimate Made By The Contractor Using The Detailed Calculation Method, Containing Items For Abandoned, Replacement Or Additional Works From The Contractors Cost Estimate.
